Cut the cotton fabric in large slices and cover the spun cotton balls.
Use some pipe cord on 20mm size balls to cover around.
Start gluing the balls and the jingle bells on the cone. Cover the gaps among them by adding toy filling.
Add the pearls and the metallic stars.
Colour a wooden star with the silver paint and place it on the top of the tree. Use a sponge dumber for a frost effect on a glass tea light candle holder and glue it on the bottom of the cone.
