Steps
Use a palette knife to lay some modelling paste to cover a large centre part of the panel. Sprinkle Broken China embossing powder and heat set. Sprinkle some Bahama blue paint.
Glue the feathers and the leaves first.
Continue by adding the paper flowers.
Paint the butterfly chipboard with the Bahama Blue paint and distress the edges with the Ultramarine ink. Set it on the panel too.
Add some clear glass domed cabochons.
